Great experience with the Turo rental! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I’d definitely rent from them again!

I didn’t realized the tags had expired until we got to our 1st gas stop. I notified Juliana and she responded by texting me a copy to of the registration. I asked her to fed ex for ups the sticker overnight. She asked for our Airbnb address to send but to no avail. It was stressful driving for 7-days without current license sticker. I had be very cautious throughout the trip because the brakes were not working properly. And I had to do all the driving because for this. This is the reason for the 2-stars rating.

After spending two hours on the phone resolving an issue caused by having someone else listed as the driver, I chose to help you rather than cancel the trip, as most hosts would have done. I did my best to accommodate you, but unfortunately, my efforts were not appreciated. I also sent the requested sticker to your Airbnb and ended up losing my own document in the process. This was part of the confusion that began before your trip.
You are a phenomenal host with a great vehicle that matches. Stay great!!!
