This vehicle was amazing. Very clean and smells good. We enjoyed it. We will be renting it again if available. I recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a 15 passenger with luggage space. Comfortable ride.

Overall the sprinter met our needs. I would only recommend that the sprinter be inspected for cleanliness before customer pick ups.

Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our van and the quality of customer service we provide. I personally inspected the van before your rental. I did not observe any cleanliness concerns. However, to ensure I hadn’t overlooked anything, I went back and reviewed the check-in photos, which confirmed that the van was thoroughly clean. We stand behind the cleanliness of our vehicle and remain committed to providing every guest with an excellent rental experience.
The van is great condition. It has a big screen so great for carplay. Has a very clear camera and great sensors. It was very clean when we picked it up and did great on the road. Would definitely look into getting this van again in the future.
