Excellent car with plenty of space. However, the pickup was delayed. Apart from that, everything was perfect, including the return of the car. Great.

Overall, the vehicle served its purpose, but there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. The most noticeable problem was the weather seal around the doors, which didn’t seem to seal properly. This caused a significant amount of wind noise while driving, especially at highway speeds, making the ride less comfortable. Additionally, there were visible liquid water marks and stains in the rear cup holders when we picked up the vehicle, which gave the impression that the interior hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Aside from these issues, the vehicle was spacious and functioned well. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the rental experience would have been much better.
