If I could give a negative I would. We will be reaching out to Turo for a refund. Absolute gong show. From pickup to vehicle to host! Vehicle got towed because they were to cheap to park it in the appropriate parking lot, so there was no vehicle in the location to pick it up. He could not speak English so trying to communicate was not possible. And to top it all off the vehicle had a coolant leak so we had to keep topping it up which left us overheated a few times. I was not going to post this but the icing on the cake was during all the cuffuffal the vehicle we took was empty on fuel when we got it. We got told we would get reimbursed, but nope nothing.
