10/10 using the Mercedes Benz Sprinter. It was incredibly nice, clean, and ready upon arrival for my trip. The process of using Turo with the host was seamless! The host was highly responsive and communicated effectively. MB Sprinter was so spacious, making it perfect for transporting our kids and family comfortably during our trip. I highly recommend using this vehicle and host. I’ll definitely use them again for our future family outings!

Everything went perfectly! Loved the ability to transport a large party of teenagers in one vehicle to the lake rather than worry about the teen drivers making it to the destination safely by themselves. Thank you for the use of your van! We are so grateful!

The communication was great and pleasant to work with, but....The van had a loud rattle to the point where I had to apologize to my client. Also, it was not clean. It needed a vacuuming and a wipe down really badly. If you're renting this for your family, it should be fine, but if you're renting it for business, I'd consider looking elsewhere.
