The owner was really cool and real responsive the car ran good air and heater works. Dropped it off nicely cleaned out.

Very rude, brakes was so bad couldn’t drive it should’ve never been on the road, an pick up very dirty

When I picked up the transit there was a fast food cup in the back cup holder and a lipstick in the front passenger door. The windshield was cracked. The transit was super dirty and the owner told me to take it through the car wash. There was issues entering the transit had an hour late check out and still needed to return the transit at the original time. The van alert says oil change needed and washer fluid low. Transit was full when I picked it up and dropped it off. Transit road smooth to and from my trip. Seats need more cushion though, you can feel the metal frame of the chairs in back. Over all a GRADE C experience.

Quality of the van was perfect thank you and the van ride was smooth for my family and the host was amazing and quick with the responses when I had questions I recommend this host for rentals 10/10
