We rented this Ford Transit for two weeks, and unfortunately it broke down midway through our trip. We had to get the van to a mechanic, take a Lyft to our destination, and rent another vehicle while it was being repaired.
The host was responsive during the breakdown and assured us we’d be reimbursed for the days the van was in the shop and for the inconvenience. However, it’s now been 10 days since we returned the vehicle, and we’ve received no update on that promised reimbursement.
Breakdowns happen, but following through on commitments is important. I’ll be happy to update this review once the reimbursement has been received and the matter is resolved.

Van was perfect for my big family and me. Everything was as advertised, and Host was very helpful and communicated clearly. Would recommend and rent again if I am ever in the area.
