Khanh was great, the van has some wear but that was expected it's 7 years old. Pick up and drop off were easy.
Took the van on a ladies trip. Unfortunately, we did encounter a flat tire. However, I called AAA and reached out to Khanh to let him know the situation. He responded within a few minutes and let me know if I needed anything to reach out, save receipts, and keep him posted. Things happen, he handled it properly.

The car was clean and was full of gas. The host was easy to reach and communicated very well. Instructions for the car were clear and accurate. I forgot to let the host know that I am 4'11" , and should have been advised to bring a step stool 😉. I was able to reach the key, access was easy ! I do recommend that the tire pressure be checked regularly on hot days! Overall I had a great experience!
