Host is very communicative but car is dirty and seats are torn. Pick up and drop off is easy.
The vehicle was not dirty, and the seats were not torn. I'm not sure what your expectations were. I value every guest and always do my best to provide an excellent experience. Despite the fact that the vehicle was returned dirty, I still gave you a 5-star review. I believe your comments misrepresent the actual condition of the vehicle and the experience provided.

Easy and efficient process the only thing to note is the low tire pressure alert was on the entire time.
