The van was not as we expected to say the least. Upon pick up we had to clean out the vehicle because there was dirt, dog hair, and food crumbs on the floor and seats. The seats themselves were damaged and unsafe in my opinion due to exposed edges and arms rests that were torn. Especially considering we rented the van to accommodate our family with smaller children. For pick up we had to circle the lot a few times to find the vehicle. All in all, I wouldn’t rent this van again.

The pick up was easy. The van had a check engine light that came on and the owner dismissed it and told me it’s not the end of the world. Wanted me to drive the van any way. Once I got Turo customer service involved I was able to return the van.
It wasn’t a big deal. You made a simple check engine light out that come on from missing gas caps. I told you it wasn’t a big deal BECAUSE it wasn’t.. because I KNOW and you OBVIOUSLY DO NOT.. I can only imagine what other areas you make issues out of nothing esp related to situations or in areas YOU KNOW NOTHING about. Whatever - I prefer not to rent to customers like that anyway..

The pick up and drop off was flawless the car although 2017 was relatively clean and very accommodating for the six people who made a trip to a memorial. we would use Turo and myvans again.
