I want to start by saying it was such a pleasure renting from Sydney. The van was clean, ran very well. Sydney would check in to see if we needed anything and was very flexible! We will definitely rent from her again!

Great experience with this vehicle. Easy pickup/ drop off. We enjoyed driving around in it and had no issues!

To say this van was nothing like we hoped or expected would be an understatement. We were 8 adults in our 30s attending a wedding and just needed a large van to travel together with all of our luggage. To start the trip we get to the airport and she informed me that the gas is almost empty. Then we do our pre-trip inspection and the van is nowhere near clean inside. Needed a serious vacuum and the seats had more stains than you can imagine on them. The smell was horrendous. It smelled like a sweaty boys locker room mixed with wet dog. The windshield wipers barely did anything so we had trouble seeing in the rain. And the brakes honestly need to be replaced or inspected because driving up and down hills in the rain in this van was far from safe. Then, on our last night, we went out to dinner and came back out to a van that would not start. I reached out to the host and instead of seeming concerned or apologetic, she asked what we did because it was fine when she dropped it off. Thankfully my husband was able to get it started after a few tries. But the batteries were corroded. The next morning we drop the van off at the airport did our post trip inspection and place the keys where she left them when we picked it up. Then she messaged me asking if we unplugged her bouncie because it was giving her alerts. We didn’t even know what a bouncie was. The icing on the cake was when she messaged me repeatedly wondering where the keys were and I explained they were exactly where we left them and she said they were not there so I said maybe they fell behind the tire. She said the keys were nowhere to be found so I had to send my husband five minutes before our flight started boarding back through TSA and to the parking lot. When he got there, she was starting to drive away using her spare key, knowing he was on his way out to help. He found the keys in the parking lot. They fell off of the wheel and we’re laying in the spot exactly where I told her they might be. Overall I would not recommend renting this van.

This van rental was awesome and exactly what I was looking for! Sydney was super helpful when I needed to edit my itinerary and we even had help with our suitcases when we dropped the van at the airport!

We picked up the van, and after leaving the hosts driveway, the driver side window stopped working and was stuck half way open. Good thing it didn't rain during our trip. The van smelled like wet dog and the back up camera would not work periodically. All things considered though, it served its purposes for our group and the price was reasonable.
