This was my first time using Turo. And our host made our experience a great one. He was communicative and quickly replied. Our pickup was exactly where he advised us the vehicle, no wandering and looking for the van. The van was in great condition and clean. It made our 8.5 hours trip an enjoyable one. The entire process was so easy that I will be renting from Turo again. I appreciate the great experience and will definitely recommend it.
