This was an incredible experience! The Sprinter was clean and well maintained. We even had a windshield wiper that fell off and it was scary driving home through the storm. We couldn’t find any auto parts stores that had the particular wi chai led wiper size for the sprinter in stock. Our host drove over an hour to where we were staying to replace the windshield wiper. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 10 ladies with luggage and everyone was comfortable and plenty of room. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

Miscommunication about description of car seats and what was included. If you need a car seat be sure and STATE THAT. It was included in the description but not as an additional price. But overall the van was perfect
Sorry most guests are able to read and ask questions when they need a car seat. Not wait last minute when the vehicle is being checked out to say they needed a car seat with 0 prior communication before that.
