Shinice was an outstanding guest! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the 2025 Ford Van was returned on time, clean, and in excellent condition. The entire rental experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the care and respect shown for my vehicle and would be happy to host Shinice again anytime. Tara was an excellent guest! She was respectful, communicated well throughout the trip, and returned the 2025 Ford Transit on time and in great condition. The entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. I would gladly rent to Tara again and highly recommend her to any Turo host. Thank you for taking great care of the vehicle!

Sharon's van was very nice, new and clean, but communication was quite challenging. I was given no details about collecting the vehicle, and could not reach Sharon at all (via phone calls or messaging in the app). I had to call Turo and they couldn't even reach her and we're about to cancel my booking and issue a refund when she finally got in touch. Then it turns out it was the wrong vehicle that was listed and there was a delay whilst she had to swap the vehicle in Turo. Returning the vehicle was a similar experience.. no instructions given (even though it was a different address!) and I had to call multiple times to reach her to find out where to go. Not the smoothest experience
