Small hiccup at pickup. Other than that everything with the vehicle was great. More than enough room for our 8 passengers.

More than enough space to make a memorable family outing. Van overall was cleqn and in good condition. Shirley was a pleasure to communicate eith and very prompt with replies. Will definitely check availabilty for next adventure.

Overall, the car drove smoothly and was reliable throughout my trip. The pickup and return process went well, and I didn't have any issues with how it handled on the road.
The biggest downside was the cleanliness. The interior wasn't very clean, and I found a roach inside the car, which was very disappointing. The A/C also took a while to cool the car down, especially in the Florida heat.
Overall, it got me where I needed to go, but I hope the host pays more attention to cleaning and preparing the vehicle for future guests.

Van was just what we needed for our trip. Unfortunately, there were roaches in the van. The owner did her best to try and accommodate for the inconvenience, in which I appreciated.

the host was very helpful and attentive. the pickup location was not hard to find either! the a/c in the car was okay but worked well enough
