Absolutely fantastic communication by the host couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Had mechanical issue with vehicle was a mildly simple solution but it did stop the trip. Can't blame the host as it's beyond impossible to predict. Would highly recommend. Big plus was also sending videos on how to setup/use the vehicle.

We had an amazing experience renting this Sprinter van! Traveling as a group was a totally different experience—everyone had plenty of space, and the entertainment system worked awesome and made the drives so much more enjoyable. Having a bathroom available at all times was also a huge benefit, especially with a group, since we didn’t have to keep stopping at gas stations.
The owner was great from beginning to end. A few days before the trip, he sent us videos explaining how everything works and where everything is, which was extremely helpful because this is definitely not a regular vehicle and has a lot of extra features. He was also very accommodating with bringing the van to the airport and picking it up from there, which made everything much easier for us.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire rental. Anytime we had a question, he responded right away and was always helpful. We were running late for our flight at the end and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to finish all the cleaning we planned to do, and he was very understanding about it.
Overall, the experience was even better than we expected. If you’re traveling with a group and want to make the vacation itself—and even the driving—part of the experience, I highly, highly recommend this van!
