The vehicle was AMAZING. Pickup/drop off instructions were simple. We used 10/12 seats to get our family to a reunion and it was so convenient to transport us all rather than taking multiple cars. The set up is ideal, easy to navigate around the little ones car seats and easy to keep tidy. We kept a broom in the van for easy crumb cleanup. The amount of cargo space in the rear is mind boggling even with all the seats occupied. (Seriously, I wish I could share a pic of how many suit cases were in there..)
I am probably overly cautious but reached out with two minor hiccups prior to our departure. Gabriel is responsive, communicative, and collaborative and we were able to resolve without delay.
Thank you so much, we would love to use the van again for another roadtrip.

Amazing ! First time booking and definitely a 10/10!

The host was great! Unfortunately, the host was not able to answer most questions and sent us to the Turo App. Turo was a disappointment….several problems that ultimately requires deleting the account and starting over….after a 1 hour call with customer service.
