The van drove great, and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, we did have one significant issue with the rear A/C, which was only blowing hot air. Since we were traveling through the desert in 115-degree weather, this made the trip extremely uncomfortable for the passengers in the back.
We informed the host of the issue, and they were responsive and appreciative of us letting them know. Hopefully, the rear A/C will be repaired for future renters. Other than that issue, the van performed great and we had a positive experience with the hosts.

Thank you autumn for your review and letting us know about the rear A/C Issue. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort, especially during extreme heat. The van had just been returned to us from a collision repair shop after extensive roof repairs from a previous rental, and we were not aware of the rear a/c problem at that time. We are having it inspected and repaired before the van is rented again. We truly appreciate your understanding, communication and positive feedback.
