Have to do 5 stars for communication and ease of getting the van. The inside smelled of cigarettes and weed. Hauled grandparents around for our daughter's wedding. Just kept a supply of Doritos on hand. LOL. The outside is not pretty but also not horrible.

Dissapointing experience. Communication with the host was extremely poor from the beginning. We tried to cancel because we had an additional passenger, but the host was not helpful or responsive. The instructions for locating the vehicle were also very vague, which made the car difficult to find, and he was unresponsive when we tried to get clarification.
On top of the communication issues, the AC barely worked, which made the drive very uncomfortable.
Overall, the lack of communication and the condition of the vehicle made this a frustrating experience. I would not rent from this host again.

Honesty is key! I’m shocked at this review. First, I apologize for your feelings but lies are unacceptable. The van already accommodated your party, which I responded immediately to since this was the reason you wanted a refund on a non-refundable trip. Then your flight was delayed 3 times, yet I still didn’t cancel the trip. With DIA being so big, if you don’t input your flight info, the instructions will be different as there are different terminals and parking. Nothing bad on the vehicle tho
