Vehicle was in great shape, I never would have guessed it's actual mileage. It was easy to drive and I felt very safe and in control, even with 11 passengers. It was my first time renting with Turo, so I had to get used to the procedure, but otherwise check-in and check-out was straight forward. I do wish the vehicle had been equipped with Ford's Sync, but the renter provided cables to account for its absence.
