The van ultimately served our family well, and the Turo contacts were responsive when issues arose. However, we encountered several maintenance concerns that we believe should have been addressed before rental: extremely worn front tires, a large windshield crack, a misaligned passenger wiper, a nonfunctioning rear-door hold latch, loose rear cargo-step trim, an air gap at the passenger door seal, and a missing USB connection. Most significantly, we lost nearly a full vacation day returning from Palmer to Anchorage to have the tires replaced. The team coordinated and covered the tire replacement and promptly reimbursed our wiper expense, which we appreciated. Overall, the van met our transportation needs, but its condition at pickup prevents us from rating the experience higher.

Sad to see that your rating is such after addressing all the issues you informed us about. half of these issues were never addrssed to us until this public response. extreamly low amd disrespectful. What is realy sad is that you complain of the condition of the van at pickup.... I wish I could upload pictures of how you left it at dropoff. worst condition I've seen from any renter. literally didn't even know it was our van because of the off road condition it had been taken. Shame...
Very bald tires on the Ford Transit and the outside of the van was a mess.

Communication from the owner was great and responsive. Vehicle had some wear and tear on the outside but outside of that, no issues at all and it worked out great for what we needed. Would def recommend.
