Very responsive and accommodating. Went above and beyond on accommodating what worked best for us on drop off and pick up.
Was slightly disappointed that the van needed to be vacuumed out upon arrival, but that could have been due to a last minute booking. Overall good experience.

Great host! I was a 1st time Turo renter and they ensured the process was quick and easy…even with a on w technical difficulties that I had with the app. Will definitely be renting from them again when I am in the DTW area.
