First of all she gave us a filthy rental van. The seats were all stained, the backseats had white stains smeared everywhere, the windows were also smeared, old drink stains everywhere it was disgusting. We only kept the car because we couldn’t find another rental for our dates as we were at our vacation destination already. I’m going to see if I can post pics on my review
Thank you for your feedback. The van was cleaned and inspected before delivery and was received in clean condition at pickup. No concerns were reported at the start of the trip, and Turo support was available if a replacement had been needed. The vehicle was returned noticeably dirty inside and out. I appreciate your comments and will continue improving my cleaning standards for every guest. Thank you:)

The van was clean and ready to go for us, had all the family in town for thanksgiving and had plenty of room for everyone! Host made pick up and drop off super easy for us. Perfect trip!

No in person contact with the host, which is fine. Was advised the vehicle was parked in short term parking and would be unlocked upon arrival with the keys inside, vehicle as locked and we had to call/message to get it unlocked. Had to pay $21 to exit short term parking.
Trip was fine, front end shakes above 60 mph.
Returning was nonsense. Asked to park the vehicle in economy parking at the south terminal, few shuttles between this lot and the main terminal and a long ride between. This is a 10 seater vehicle, you can expect to have a large family with lots of luggage, no reason to make drop-off so unaccommodating.
