The car is very good, I had no issues on the road, pickup was on time, and communication was good. However, as soon as I picked up the van, there was a message on the dashboard indicating that an additive needed to be added and that service was due. Because of that, on the very first day of my vacation, I had to go to a store, research the correct product, figure out where to add it, and pay to refill the additive. I would definitely rent it again
