I had a very good experience renting the Ford Transit through Turo. The host was professional, communicative, and very accommodating throughout the entire rental. Communication was clear from the beginning, and they were quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance.
I especially appreciated the extra accommodation and help during pickup, as it was raining heavily. The host made the pickup process much easier and was very helpful despite the weather. Their prompt responses and willingness to assist throughout the rental made the overall experience smooth and stress-free.
As for the vehicle itself, I do think there is some room for improvement with the cleanliness and preparation before pickup.
Overall, I would still recommend renting from this host based on their professionalism, communication, and willingness to accommodate.
