Pick up was easy. However the AC seemed to have an issue while on. In the Texas heat the ac is crucial. front ac was fine but rear ac was not even making a sound no matter if on or off it wasn’t blowing any air. Something felt off in he next morning the air was blowing hot air and it eventually cooled. Host did offer a vehicle change but it did not fit our schedule as we were going to a wedding.

Everything went smooth just had a little issue with the rear Ac and one of the tail lights but overall it's a great van for trip

The host communicated effectively responding quickly to my questions. Pick up and drop off was quick; instructions were clear and easy! The 2019 Ford transit was clean, runs good and drives smoothly. There were absolutely no worries or problems while in the vehicle. Another plus is that the AC gets freezing cold which was definitely needed for my group of 12. I will definitely be booking this one again!
