First time Turo user. Vehicle was in good shape (Van), and met price point expectations. I had questions about the number of passengers the can held, which were answered promptly. We had some communication issues about returning instructions prior to check out time as the driver is only given instructions 3 hrs in advance. My biggest issue was the defense tone of the communication. In both issues, it was my fault smh. In my experience in business you don't make the customer feel as such. If you look at the responses to his reviews, most of the less than positive reviews are always the customer's fault (wait for the response to this review). I think this Turo owner will go from good to great when the customer is always right ? Or at least pretend.

Yes, it’s correct our very few <5-star reviews are almost all from guests who can’t follow rules or misbehaved with our cars—a very predictable pattern & this guest was no exception!
He booked van with 3-day minimum & got upset when we wouldn’t let him return it a day early & refund rest. He returned van very early, after we’d closed, unannounced, incorrectly & then was upset we hadn’t sent him instructions sooner even though we hadn’t told us when he’d be returning but somehow we’re at fault?
Great van exactly as described , seamless process , fantastic communication,would definitely book again.

The van was clean and very spacious. It was more than enough for our 7 passengers and luggage. The turbo gasoline engine has no problem keeping up with traffic, and although it is big…it still fits in regular size parking spots. Be aware that it is tall, so no drive thrus! It turns wide too, so be aware that u turns are not advisable. Great van! I want one!
