Overall, it was a good rental experience. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and easy, and the van drove well throughout our trip. It was in good mechanical condition and was reliable. The only issues were that the windshield had a chip and quite a few bug splatters, and the interior could have been a bit cleaner. It wasn’t excessively dirty, just not as clean as expected. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider renting from this host again.

The Sprinter looks like the pictures, it accommodated my family for our daughter’s graduation and it was a smooth ride.
