I was on a vacation roadtrip with my family and had car trouble on a Saturday evening and couldn’t find a mechanic that was open. On Saturday night, I reserved a car with Eric so that I could figure out my next move and find someone to repair my car. Lucky I did.
When I was picking up his rental at 9a Sunday, Eric said that he owned an auto repair shop and would be happy to take a look. Yes, he and his team were working on a Sunday.
That same day he was able to tow my car to his shop and get started on repairing it. He tracked down the parts that were needed and my car was ready by Monday afternoon.
Amazing one stop shop. Bonus: you know your rental well maintained and in great shape.
