I really enjoyed the whole rental process. The host was very communicative and even let me push the time 1 hr earlier which I appreciated due to the traffic. The vehicle was of great quality and the ride was awesome!! I will be booking through this host again

The service was great the van has some issues with the engine light coming on and the tire lights were on besides that I was told don't worry about it
The same customer 3 days ago gave us 5⭐️ because we provided him exceptional service despite his difficult behavior complaining about Turos pricing which he him self indicates.
This second booking he needed the car for extra 4 hours from his orginal booking wanted to pay us directly rather than the proper channel through Turo which we refused as this a red line we can't cross.
Customer got frustrated and retaliated with such false claims.
Sad to see people act this way!

I rented this van to take my teenage son and friends to Hershey Park. Everything went well up until check in. The host was initially helpful and responsive. Even helped me switch my reservation day. But on the day of pick up, I spoke with the host and informed him I was on the way. I arrived to the vehicle and he became unresponsive for over 30 min. Left me with no instructions on where to find the keys, and completely uncontactable for over 30 min! I even had Turo calling him for me, to no avail. I literally cried because it was my son’s birthday. When I finally get a response he tells me he was in the shower although I told him I was on the way.
Then the van was not cleaned out well and dirty inside. Crumbs in the seats, a left over thermal container in a cup holder, Stains on the floor. I took pictures. My kids got in the van and said “eww”. I only gave 2 stars because he was apologetic, but then turned around and charged me additional gas and mileage fees when I should have received a discount for the inconvenience that morning. Wasn’t quite the experience I was hoping to have..
She was not provided the key information ahead of time, because she mentioned her brother is coming to get the van, which is not allowed under Turos policy we are required to verify the correct customer is picking up the rented car.
She didn’t provide precisely what time she is gonna arrive which resulted in a 15 min delay in our response to her.
All the other she talks about are all lies and retaliatory because she got charged for missing gas and mileage overage which we are entitled for.

As for the issue with Turo, unfortunately our abilities are limited with their control. we hope Turo makes their platform flexible in which we can be able to provide exceptional service
