The van was clean, well maintained

Rides well and has plenty of room. Very comfortable. Requires more planning for parking especially with parking decks.
The instructions clearly state that this van is big, not to park in garages and it does not drive like a sedan…renters are informed in advance in the listing. Disappointed to see a renter critique this listed topic. It is recommended to not rent this van if you do not understand the size and parking requirements of a Ford Transit passenger van.

Excellent passenger van. Room for 11 adults and 8 suitcases. Very clean. Jay communicated with us well and pickup and dropoff was easy. Several usb ports. Jay provided a dual USB 12v, there's also a spot for a second 12v cigarette lighter style plug as well as several USB ports throughout the cabin. Good visibility through large windows and trailer style mirrors and a backup camera. Consider bringing a small folding stool to get into the back section if your party has mobility issues. Not higher than a pickup truck, but 2 of our ladies needed a 4" step up. Thanks, Jay, for making our trip comfortable!

radio didn’t have blue tooth due to soft ware upgrade
Software was recently upgraded to the wrong version but is corrected.
Bluetooth is not included in the listing however so a downgraded review is a surprise.
