The van was beat up. Seat belts didn't work. And the breaks were unsafe. Host refused to pay for repairs and we were stranded 1000 miles away. Turo doesn't do 1 way rentals but they booked it anyway even after I told them repeatedly that I wasn't coming back!
Thank you for your feedback. We take safety very seriously and do not ignore issues related to brakes or seat belts. This vehicle was inspected and maintained regularly, and if any verified safety issue had been reported during the trip, we would have addressed it immediately through the proper Turo support and claims process.
