I have no complaints about the vehicle itself. Very nice and spacious, it was perfect for me and my family. A little disappointing that I was charged for an extra day for only being 2hrs late due to traffic. I get its business but $276 is a bit egregious and shows no leniency. On top of that the vehicle is parked at the airport in long term so that was $40 with $15 reimbursement then $15 for transportation to get back out and the same cost returning to drop vehicle off again. That’s $100 just for pick up and drop off! Definitely would have been cheaper just flying

Thank you for the review I do feel it is retaliatory because I don’t control parking at the airport there is no free lot as there is. A 15 minute grace period that allows any client to leave for free we do also have free pick up at my home location you chose the airport I don’t know weather your flying or driving in , as for parking charge long term 2 only charges a daily rate of 14 dollars per day and we dropped the vehicle off shortly before your trip so I don’t know how you were charged.

Davaughn was awesome to work with, great communication and very understanding when we informed him of delayed return times due to weather. His vehicle was awesome and our family had plenty of space and comfort. I would highly recommend and will book again.
