Pick up and drop off was great

The car drove smoothly and the host was very responsive. The speakers on the TV were malfunctioning and the host offered to reimburse us if we bought a Bluetooth speaker which would allow us to use the TV, this was helpful. My only other concern was that the car needed some additional cleaning when I picked it up. There were some spills on the sliding door and in the cup holders and a little trash left behind from the previous renters (I.e. tissue in seat pockets, candy wrapper in cup holders, graduation commencement flyers.).

It is a great van perfectly mentained AC and easy to drive have much space

Communication was perfect (clear and very quick). The van was clean enough. There was a service announcement on the dash to look at the brake pads but I didn’t notice anything wrong with the ability of the van to stop safely. Nice, spacious van that suited our needs very well.
