Van did amazing, on trip to Big Bear in the mountains had plenty of room for all of our luggage. The host was great and was very communicative. Will definitely rent the van again if needed

We couldn’t rent it. Showed up and there was a ton of dog hair, air tires were low, and a giant crack across the windshield.

Very disappointing to receive a 1-star review after fully disclosing the windshield crack before her last minute trip was booked which the guest agreed was not a problem. At pickup, she never contacted me with concerns and instead contacted Turo to cancel, claiming dog hair and low tires. The tires are only 6 weeks old and were not low, and there was never any dog hair. Simply making false statements to get out of the trip is so wrong. Will not rent to her again
Great van! 10/10 recommend
