Everything was perfect! This was my first time using Turo, and Loulou made the entire process incredibly simple. The van was spotless, the tank was filled, and everything was ready for our trip. Loulou took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of the van and how to use them effectively. He even took pictures of the van to document any imperfections, ensuring that we had a clear record of everything. To make our experience even more convenient, Loulou provided a phone holder for the driver with charging cords and a dash cam. The van and the overall experience were truly amazing, making our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday celebration even more magical. We are so grateful to Loulou for making this trip so special. We will definitely rent from him again!
