Vehicle was not full of fuel on arrival. We returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as we received it with and got charged for filling the tank up!

Thank you for your review. We no longer provide the van with a full tank because with today’s prices Turo’s reimbursement limits may not cover the actual fuel cost if a guest returns it low, leaving us at a loss. We simply ask that the van be returned with the same fuel level as pickup, or that the difference be paid. I sent before-and-after photos showing the fuel level was lower when returned. Thank you for your trip.
