I cannot recommend Chad enough! I rented his van for a recent trip and the experience was flawless. The vehicle itself was spotless, had remarkably low mileage, and handled so smoothly it felt like we were driving a brand-new car. What really set Chad apart, though, was his customer service. He was incredibly flexible with our schedule and quick to respond to any questions. We were also so appreciative of the thoughtful gesture of stocking the van with water and snacks for the road—it made our trip start off on the right foot.
