The van was easy to drive; it was very comfortable and spacious for the nine people. It's true that the interior needed a bit of cleaning. The service was good. Saliman gave us flexibility regarding pick-up and return times. We were able to meet him on the day of pick-up, and he was very friendly.

Vehicle performed without issue and seating was great for our family trip. The van did have some noticeable rattles, but I believe this to be due to the age of the vehicle. However I do have two issues which would have made my trip much better. 1) Car was not clean at time of pickup with a lot of bug residue on the windshield. I ended up cleaning the vehicle prior to my trip and the owner also received his vehicle back cleaner than when I picked it up. 2) Vehicle ran out of windshield washer fluid prior to the end of my three day trip. I really don't think this should have happened during such a short trip.
