Worst experience with Turo ever. The interior was in poor condition and the vehicle was infested with roaches. The check engine light stayed on for the entire trip, and the A/C took a long time to start blowing cold air. I attempted to get an exchange but was unable to, so we kept the van because we needed transportation during our trip. I even had to buy bug spray and bug bombs from the store to deal with the roaches myself. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend getting this vehicle properly repaired and cleaned before renting it out again.
I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10 and would not recommend renting this vehicle to others until these issues are addressed.

I rented this van for a family trip, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall.
The night before pickup, I requested that the vehicle be delivered to our hotel near the airport. This would have saved us time and potentially avoided more than $40 in airport-related fees. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until after the vehicle had already been dropped off the next day.
The van showed significant wear and tear, including a missing driver’s-side sun visor, damaged air-conditioning vents, dirty seats, and numerous scratches and dents. One ceiling A/C vent was completely broken, and another actually fell from the ceiling onto my son’s head while we were driving. We also encountered several cockroaches inside the vehicle during our rental.
The most concerning issue was safety. Four of the twelve seatbelts were not functional, and several others appeared to be held together with duct tape. In one case, we had to stretch a seatbelt across to a buckle intended for a different seat, which did not seem safe. Because of the lack of working seatbelts, we had to make alternate transportation arrangements with other family members to accommodate our group.
Additionally, the check-engine light came on several times during the trip before eventually turning back off.
To be fair, the van ran without mechanical problems and the air conditioning kept the cabin cool. However, between the poor communication, condition of the vehicle, cleanliness concerns, and especially the seatbelt issues, this was a negative rental experience and not one I would choose again.

The van did what it needed to do the space was my family main concern and it was very spacious. Far as the maintenance it needs a wheel alignment it shakes really bad when it reach a certain speed other then that it drives really good check in was very easy and hassle free. Smooth process
