Worst experience ever. I was getting married that weekend and rented the van to drive my family. I was supposed to pick up the car at 6:30 am on Friday and planned my whole weekend around it. I got there at 6:28 am needing to be in the road by 7:00 am. I got there and the vehicle was no where to be found. I called the owner dozens of times, no response and spent almost 50 mins in the parking lot address provided on the turo page. I called turo, who then called her and no response. Because time was of the essence, i decided to go home find a different car . She called me back when i got home only to say , she is sorry and is just now seeing my messages. She normally sends the correct info the day before but was traveling and forgot. She gave me the right info but the damage was done. I was driving to upstate new York and needed the car early to avoid the traffic and get there on time . But because it took 2 hours , I got stuck in traffic and missed my rehearsal and was late to my rehearsal dinner. Very disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND
