The whole transaction was very smooth. It was a little confusing picking out the van in the lot. There was quite a few. I am disappointed that we were accused of a huge crack in the windshield. Thank goodness I took many pics. There was lots of damage to the vehicle before we picked up. Make sure you take lots of pics.

The windshield claim was submitted based on time-stamped photos taken before and after the trip, which showed a new crack that was not present at check-in. Turo reviewed the documentation and handled the claim through their standard process.
