I would like to write a 5 star review but to be honest, I was disappointed. The van rumbles/ rattles constantly. It’s extremely annoying. The host was aware but did not mention it. It makes for a pretty unpleasant ride. Pick up and drop off were easy. There’s a gas station super close so it was convenient on that aspect. The driving and ride alone were just not as comfortable as expected.

Sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. I take the care & maintenance very seriously, & it’s regularly serviced & maintained. There are no known mechanical issues with the van, & if anything were to arise, I’d address it as quickly as possible. It’s important to keep in mind this is a larger 2017 rental van, so it may naturally drive & feel diff. from a daily passenger vehicle. I always strive to accurately represent the van & want the best experience for every guest

Excellent pickup and drop off. Great host communication. Vehicle had a bit of a vibration at certain speeds but other than that it was a great vehicle.
