All worked very well. Car was as described, pickup and drop-off was quite easy. Alex’s communication was superb
Three comments about the vehicle. There is a loud very annoying rattle in the side sliding door or on the post between it and the front passenger door. Additionally the alarm continuously goes off indicating that the sliding door is open , even though it is shut securely and locked. Final comment - the windshield washer on the passenger side sprays onto the ground rather than on the windshield.

Easy pickup and return. First time on Turo for me, so I was an hour late to complete checkout on the app despite having the car back on time.

Overall a great experience. Our second time renting for our family vacations. Great communication, definitely recommend.

FAIL, FAIL, FAIL!!!
Showed up to P/U locatio, no van!!! He had no idea someone else took the van he rented to me....
Made me wait hours past pick up time to come up with a poor quality substitute of a vehicle. The Van we did get was half the time NO AC stuts/shocks worn out tires were not aligned, arm rest broken off, check engine light, warning lights about low fluid. and the list goes on but those are the highlights.
I get home and express my concerns and zero has been done to correct the situation.
I HATE doing bad reviews. I believe this is my second of all time.
Super unfortunate but this was Super BAD experience. All we had to do was talk and get a resolution.
Now I cannot recommend him at all.
