Great vehicle, got me from Boise to Cascade with no issues. The AC kept us cold and held all the people we needed with lots of storage space.
Host responded quickly to all my questions and was very helpful.

The rear view mirror fell off mid trip and had been glued in past but I didn’t attempt to glue it up and had to go without for majority of trip. . Very few cup holders, none In Back two rows of seats even and no cruise control despite the base model of these having it standard. It was supposed to be a 10 seater but was 12, which is nice for some but is more costly and bigger than I needed. The tv audio wasn’t hooked up for rear van so it blasted in front or no sound for movies. There are round holes in a few doors that owner said were speaker covers and old ashtrays but there should have been cup holders under all the seats or told us so we could get after market.After we bought a hdmi converter because the one that came with was broken and literally broke off in my phone the first time I plugged it in. You could tell when I looked close it had been ripped apart before which had me worried for quite a leg of the trip that I wasn’t going to be able to get it out of my phone but finally got to a place with pliers. The renters were nice and responsive but the vehicle had many quirks, likely some from past renters trying to hide damages but still, the rear view mirror and holes instead of speakers and removed cup holders juts made a lot of unexpected inconveniences.
