Upon pickup, the vehicle will be parked in the lot in front of Nino Salvaggio's Grocery Store. The vehicle will be back in the lot, closest to Telegraph Rd.

Please, NO smoking or vaping allowed in the vehicle. Please return the vehicle with a full tank. Fill it till it clicks, to avoid additional charges Clearance of 10 1/2 ft - No Parking Garages and No Drive-Thru's Gasoline (Regular) Only. Please do not remove or reconfigure passenger seats. Seat removal can cause floor damage.

From start to finish the experience with this rental was great. Vehicle was dropped off and picked up on schedule. Metro Elite was very helpful and responsive. Vehicle was as described and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this vehicle if you are looking for a sprinter.

The van was spotless upon pick up. Really great owner and provided cables when we came to know that the van didn’t have CarPlay unlike how it was initially mentioned in the description. It appeared to be the gap from Turo team. The van was great and worked out great for our family roadtrip. Recommended!

However, you can connect your phone (iPhone or Android) directly to the radio with the data cables we provide or via Bluetooth. We have worked with Turo support to correct the description information.
