Great car, handled beautifully and the tv / Playstation kept everyone entertained, car was clean and issue free

Had engine issues and the van didn’t go over 50mph on hills and steep roads, delayed our trip for hours

Van broke down day before end of reservation having to shorten our trip and return the van early. Tom made numerous promises of providing a better rate, refunding to issues yet at the end ended up charging tolls to the bill after we already settled the bill. He would not even credit the one day even though I returned the van a day early. From the moment it was picked up there were burned tail light bulbs, wasn't full of fuel, none working blue tooth, TV and play station. The turbo failed making the van slow and would not accelerate to highway speeds. I can understand a mechanical problem such as the turbo failure but all the other items were broken before the pickup and not disclosed. Very poor maintenance and customer service
