Vehicle was as advertised & online experience okay. We had a problem, however, with accessing vehicle at arrival at the airport. Turo host messaged me vehicle lockbox code while I was in-flight to destination. No confirmation of message requested, nothing to click, etc. Just a sent message (that finally arrived over an hour after we landed). No humans representing Turo at destination. No local telephone number next to vehicle lockbox if you had a problem. Nothing. Had to call Turo customer service to access the vehicle.
