The pickup and drop off was very simple and straightforward. The car drove well and is in great condition. The only issue we had was that the air in the back did not work well

Van did the trick. I’m appreciative of the owners’ ability to get this trip lined up on short notice after a previous booking fell through.

The van itself was exactly what we wanted, and both the pickup and drop-off processes were smooth and easy. Unfortunately, the rear A/C wasn’t working, which made for a very long, rough, and uncomfortably hot ride. We were only in town for the weekend, and this ended up being the one issue that really put a damper on our trip. It’s disappointing because it made the drive miserable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable weekend. I hope future renters don’t have the same experience and that the issue is fixed.
