The van was perfect for our group. There was a large crack in the windshield and a broken taillight cover that should be addressed. Christian was very responsive. The pickup location is listed as the airport but this is misleading as the van is in an offsite parking lot. This was frustrating to navigate with 4 adults, 6 children and luggage as the shuttle only held 10. We had to send an adult to get the van and circle back to the airport which extended the travel day.
