Car needs serviced, brake wear light was on entire trip owner claimed that van was serviced

One of the rear brakes did in fact have an issue I wasn’t aware of and I do apologize. As of today (08.17.26) it has been replaced with brand new parts.

The Van was perfect for our large family trip; especially thankful that the AC worked so well. Also appreciated the extra cargo room. Kyle was very easy to work with and recommend both his van and him.

Car was excellent for our large group! Fit everyone comfortable and their luggage. Only downside was it came with some issues stating check brake pads which made us a little uneasy driving it in mountains

Hey Kaysee! I wish you would’ve reached out about this. The brakes are brand new. The sensor just didn’t get reset.
